Boodles

Novella

By In Read

“Boodles” is a short story that is slowly morphing into a novel. Currently resting, hands on knees, at the ‘novella’ stage, “Boodles” is set in Raleigh, North Carolina, its narrator one of the wealthiest and oldest people on the planet. A touching memoir of a very long life and provides an examination of the rise and fall of the previous century through the lens of one of the most fascinating men you have never heard of.

Good, good. So, why are we here?

I write things, as you might surmise. You wish to find new authors, new books. These are dots that should be connected, no? Perhaps we can work something out. I would like that very much. Perhaps reading a bit of what I am doing might help make you feel the same.

You can read selections of various things here.

I am pleased to have my fiction represented by Annette Crossland of A for Authors in the UK. Any and all enquiries regarding my fiction should be directed to her at: enquiries@aforauthors.co.uk
